Each setup starts with the space and the content. We select screen size and aspect ratio according to viewing distance, slide format and the available area.

Projector brightness must suit ambient light and the size of the projected image. We also check projection distance and lens choice to position equipment without obstructing the audience or speakers.

Front or rear projection is possible when the screen and the space behind it allow. For very bright venues, we can assess LED walls and monitors as alternatives.

We install the screen, position the projector and connect the computer or video production system. Before doors open, we test the display with the available presentation content.

During the meeting, technical support monitors the projection system and handles connections, sources and settings as required. We can combine projection with audio systems and microphones according to the event’s needs.
