Daddario PW-IRMM-01 Micro Mute Sensor

Daddario PW-IRMM-01 rental in Milan

Infrared sensor that activates a microphone when you approach and mutes it when you move away, with adjustable detection range and bypass.

The D’Addario Mic Mute PW-IRMM-01 suits fixed vocal positions at concerts, presentations and shows. It helps reduce unwanted pickup from an open microphone when nobody is using that position.

Key specifications

• Infrared presence detection.
• Adjustable activation distance up to approximately 61 cm (24″).
• Bypass to keep the microphone active.
• Red LED indicates an active microphone.
• Requires phantom power on the microphone line.

Set and test the range under actual event conditions: the environment and user position can affect detection. The sensor complements proper microphone and speaker placement.
